Got to try the spicy chicken sandwiches (had a coupon to get 2 for $5, normally $4.59 each), bacon cheddar wedges w/sour cream (extra $0.25), curly fries, jalapeno poppers, and tacos. (The spicy chicken sandwiches are pretty small for $4.59, but I was fine paying $2.50 for one.) Anyway, the food here tasted fine. The service was okay, although the cashier shot us the most annoyed look when I said I wanted the order "for here" and then right after she entered it into the computer, my bf said he wanted to change it to "to go." She was very visibly annoyed at the suggestion, so I said not to worry about it, since eating it there wouldn't be a problem. The guy who brought my food out was friendly. Most of the tables/chairs were dirty and desperately needed to be wiped down. The one bathroom I entered to wash my hands after eating was kind of cramped, so claustrophobes beware. The food was okay though. Maybe I'll just get drive-thru from now on.

Eeek, not a good day for Jack in the Box. I don't eat fast food very often, I'm more of a "sit down, order, make small talk, tip and leave" kinda guy, but when you are hungry you do what you have to do late at night. I got chosen to make the food run for the night, and boy was I taken off guard. Most places around here are friendly and courteous. This was NOT it. The person taking the orders was rude and very condescending. Unfortunately she must have hater her job, because she took no pride in doing it. The last time I was at this location, an older woman was in the drive through. She would make small talk, laugh and joke with you like you she was happy to see you. Now, I don't expect that amount of service, but at least wipe the grimace off your face and talk to me like a person. What did I take away from this experience. I will never go back...under any circumstance. They obviously don't need my money...

As far as drive through service goes this place is alright by me. After being disappointed by the Taco Bell on Manchester for the last time, I stopped for jack n the box. I dealt with friendly service in an appropriate time frame and my order was correct when I got home. No need to reheat, it was still warm when I got home.

Definitely NOT putting the "fast" into Fast-Food. If you are on a 30 min. lunch break, skip this place...you will have 5 mins. to choke it down. AND that's IF they get it right. And to do that, sadly again, that's all IF after they can quit squabbling on who's job is it to do whatever, from taking your order to making it...EVEN handing it out to you?!?! It is an "experience" to say the least.

Good Drive-Thru Service Just a quick note to say that the late-night drive-thru service is pretty good. They have always been friendly and quick. I don't care much for the burgers here, but their 2 Tacos for 99c with Buttermilk sauce on the side is a great late-night value.

Half of my food was cold and the employees were loud and super slow. I found egg shells in my breakfast pita and the employees were treating the lobby as if it were a playground. One employee actually said "hey guys, you know theres a customer out there right?" Their response was simply, "who gives a shit?" Because I'm a fair person, I give them two stars, but only because the food is basically the same at every location. I will not return to this particular location however.
